Shipping policy

All OnBrille pieces are made to order. Here's what to expect:

Production time: 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping time: Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays: If you haven't received shipping information by the 16th business day after your order was placed, contact us at onbrille@gmail.com — you may be eligible for partial compensation.

Address changes: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order enters production, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Because every item is made specifically for you, production and shipping times can occasionally vary. Thanks for your patience.
